Ordered flower arrangement worth couple of thousand rupees and was given something worth Rs 200. Followed up several times. I was promised a solution, but nothing was done. Fradulent business practices!

I ordered one bouquet and cake for my mom's birthday....The bouquet had very bad roses. Very small buds, I cant believe that you cant have good big english roses in India. These people are always busy in doing in marketing and sending emails to people to promote there stuff but dont understand that no body is going to buy their stuff second time from them cos they can fool people only once. Cake was also of very bad quality. My sister who is in India tried to contact customer care department but no body responded, also wrote a lengthy email complaining about it but have not received any reply yet. I am very sure that the gud reviews that they show on their website are posted by them only.
Now I have been using services of FLORA2000, ordered once for England, flowers were beautiful, now sent flowers to India lets see how will be the result?

I am very unhappy and disappointed with the delivery of the cake and Champagne done on 20/12/2011 for order no: 700893050
1) I had order for 1 kg fresh fruit cake , but 2 half kg cakes were delivered with 2 different flavours. and there were no fresh fruits on the cake
2) Cakes were stale.
3) No 'Happy Birthday Message on the cake. Cake which came were plain with no message on it
4) About the gift message. I had specifically written that the gift message should be on the greeting card. But it came on a piece of paper with a very bad handwriting and spelling mistakes.
Very Disappointed and will never recommend your service to anyone. For the money you charge its not worth it.

Having heard volumes of good things about Ferns n Petals from some friends, I committed a blunder of trusting on you for getting a gift delivered, for an occasion that meant a lot to me. My order number is 700889428 and it is regarding a product that was supposed to be delivered to a person in Chicago, USA on 16th December, 2011.
I was browsing through Ferns n Petals website on 15th Dec, when I came across a product that I liked. I continued to the filling of addresses and to the payment section. As I was filling the details, I got a call from a Ferns n Petals customer care executive (of whom I don't remember the name). She informed me that there is some technical glitch with the online payment system because of which I would be required to tell her the details on phone and that she would assist me with the payment. She told me that she would confirm if the product could be delivered on 16th Dec and told me later that its possible that the product would reach the concerned person on 16th Dec evening (Chicago local time). I agreed and she assisted me with the payment. I got a mail confirming that the payment has been made and that the delivery is scheduled.
I waited patiently for the time to come when the delivery was expected. I didn't get any confirmation from the person who was to receive it. I called ferns n petals on 17th Dec and was attended this time by Miss. Maninder Kaur, who told me to mail t

I booked one cake on my anniversary and paid 1000 Rs with the commitment from their representative that it will be delivered i first half. it was 2 pm but my gift was not delivered, when i called they were not responding properly. it was my worst ever online purchase experience. then they said it will be delivered before 3 pm but same result, i called again i got another time that it will be delivered before 6 pm anyhow but again same result. i asked for the refund but all in vain. they are cheaters so don't ever use this site.

I HAD A WORST EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH FERNS AND PETALS.. I PAID 300 RS AS MIDNIGHT DELIVERY CHARGES AND THEY DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER. ALSO THEY PROMISED AFTER THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER IT NEXT DAY BEFORE 9:00AM. EVEN THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. ALSO WHEN I CALLED THEM UP FOR MY COMPLAINT ..THEY SAID THERE VENDOR HAS SAID THAT DELIVERY HAS BEEN MADE AND NOW THEY CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY....I dont understand why they charged me 300rs/- for midnight delivery charges.. and next day also they did not deliver the flowers...PLEASE DO NOT TRUST FNP...THEY ARE THE WORST...EVEN THEIR REPRESENTATIVES DO NOT RESPOND PROPERLY...

I placed an order 10 days inadvance for bhai dooj. They didn't deliver my order on bhai dooj. Moreover they didn't cancel my order on phone and charged my card. I had to cancel my credit card transaction. my worst online experience is with FNP. Wish i cud give them zero or negative star rating.

Worthless service....I sent these items for my girl friend's birthday...I placed the order for 19th Nov 2011, they sent it to 19th Oct, 2011. Really worthless...neither can u reach the customer support on the phone nor can you give a feedback as it asks to submit a valid order no. Although i typed in the correct number. This company should be sued. Bunch of fake money-suckers.
