This is a very bad website... They promised a lot but they did not deliver any of the products as promised... KEEP AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR.... They take the payment before hand and never do a refund even if the product is not delivered... When my family finally got the cake it was not what we had ordered and it was such a disappointment for everyone... MONEY CAN BE EARNED BUT THE JOY OF RECEIVING A GIFT ON TIME IS PRICE LESS.

With deep anguish I wish to bring to your notice the deficiency of their service and callous attitude of their sub contractors in Pune regarding execution of the order. I had booked an order from US asking them to deliver on or before 13 Aug 2011 a pair of “Rakhi” and a cake to my Pune address. However, the Rakhi was delivered only late in evening of 13 Aug 2011 well after the festival was over and the cake delivery was attempted only on afternoon of 15th Aug 2011. Person for whom these sentimental gifts were meant had already left by the time the delivery materialized. The delivery boy tried to give lame excuses like mobile was switched off etc which is a lie. Address provided as seen on the package was correct. Further, this was not the first time I had used this service. In past on multiple occasion delivery has been made in the same address as was required now. It is obvious that something is seriously wrong with the sub contractors in Pune now. One of the delivery boy called on 11 Aug 2011 at 15.08 h from tele No 9970608199 informing about courier delivery. On giving him direction to my residence he said delivery will be made later since this address was not in his zone. Yet your courier failed to deliver in time. Both me and my family feel cheated by this firm. Even though nothing can compensate the sentimental anguish that has resulted from your deficiency in service, the least you can do is to refund the charges you have received for no service at your end.

Flora India does not understand that what they are dealing with is not just delivery of any commodity but it is feelings of people who are far from their near ones. Timeliness, quality & accuracy of delivery are very important. I had extremely bad experience with flora India. I did big mistake of trusting them delivering flowers and a soft toy on my wife’s Birthday. I ordered a day ahead. Next day I called them multiple times to ensure that delivery is done in time Called at 11:00 hrs: They confirmed it will be delivered by 17:00 Hrs Called at couple of times around 17:00 hrs they said it will be delivered surely View next photo | Delete Photoin half an hour Called couple of times around 18:00 hrs they said it will be delivered in 15 mins Called couple of times between 19:00 & 19:30 Hrs – they kept on avoiding the call. Finally I got an alternate number from a website and called them they said they will get back. Called them couple of times around 19:30 hrs they said boy is out for delivery Finally got a call at 19:58 hrs that ordered is delivered When I checked – I found that their delivery boy gave a bouquet and forgot to deliver the soft toy. The bouquet they have delivered is crappy and totally different from what I ordered. Photographs of what ordered and delivered are enclosed. Pathetic Pathetic site, they are theives - please stay away. I made the order a week back for my first valentine from US to india, but they did not deliver till 10:30 pm in the night. Initially they did not deliver my order, only after myself calling again and again and my fiance showing receips which i send online (and she had to download and print from suber cafe - thats another story) I had to call them again and again. My fiance had to go to their centers in pune from main center to head office, And finally they delivered junk at 10:30 pm. They did not deliver flower which i ordered, they did not deliver cake which i ordered and delivered som stipid and small size cake - not the one which i selected. The chocolates which they send were cheaper then i selected on order and the soft toy was also crap. They did not send anything which i selected on order. Like a fool i selected all special items from their website but they send only crap and junk. I cant give -5 (as it is not an option) to them so giving 1 but please stay away from these theives.

I ordered for 9am and received at 5pm.. by that time my parents were already out for the day. It just did no surprise to them as expected... when i try calling them they said before noon it will be delivered.. and i finally got that at 5pm.. will not use this again..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Rotten Flowers and aweful customer service. I sent flowers for my mom in law and they turned up rotten not once but 4 times. I guess I should have figured it out the first time I sent flowers. But they were to different people and my mother in law screamed at me and insulted me for sending rotten flowers. They do not understand that they are dealing with emotions when doing business of flowers.

STAY AWAY. There are many more providers online and more reliable. These guys are CHEATS. Have great pics on the website but what they deliver is not even CLOSE to the pictures. I wish i'd spent a little more and sent through someone better. Regret dealing with them. :(

Big disappointment!! I ordered cake and flowers on my brothers’ anniversary, but got delivered late. (7.00 pm instead 9.00am). I rang customer services & duty manager and found them very rude & irrational. Strongly not recommended …… Appalling Service.

Horrible service. I have ordered cake for Mother's Day with a special message. They never sent any message and also didn't follow any instructions what I have told them. Its better NOT TO USE THIS WEBSITE. They dont even how to talk to customers.
