I have placed several orders with flora india and each order was delivered on time and the flower arrangements were wonderful. The delivery of my last order was very prompt indeed. I look forward to using their service on many such occasions. The way they delivered good flowers even when the recipient asked to deliver at a different address was simply delightful. These guys rock! There are so many other websites to send flowers and gifts to India and I have used few of them in the past 4-5 years. Flora India stands out exceptionally well among the lot. The quality of their stuff has always been up to the standard and customer service staff always polite and helpful. It really means a lot for an NRI like me to have a reliable source to send gifts to my folks back in India. We connect with our families and friends through these guys and it really gives a peace of mind to me to have them take care of my gifts. They are the biggest bunch of cyber thieves.My order was never delivered on 14-Feb-08.They never responded to my mails nor picked up the phone and today(18-Feb-08) they had the guts to mail me that my order has been delivered.This lady Pooja Sharma seems to be a big thug.

I ordered flowers for my friends during their wedding in the town of Udaipur in Rajasthan in India, to be delivered on January 26th, 2008. The flower arrangement I ordered is called ’Ray of Life’, (Product Number FIF043) priced at Rupees 700 (US $17). The gift was ordered a day earlier on January 25, 2008. To reconfirm my order I called floraindia on the evening that the flowers were to be delivered, and they assured me that the flowers had already gone out for delivery. But the flowers were never delivered. The floraindia.com website offers customers to track their order online, but the site did not update the status of my order for 1 week after the date of delivery. So I had no way of knowing whether the delivery had been made. I had to finally ask my friends and family in India, and they told me that they did not receive anything. Repeated phone calls, and emails to floraindia have gone unanswered. I am very dissappointed and upset with non-delivery of the product I ordered and the extremely poor quality of service. Since I ordered the flowers using American Express credit card, I have initiated an inquiry through my credit card company, disputing the amount charged by floraindia citing non-delivery of merchandise. Based on my experience, I find floraindia.com very unreliable and would not recommend their service to anyone. AM

Horrible. I ordered a flower arrangment through floraindia.com on 16th August 2007 which was to be delivered on 17th August 2007. Today is September 5th and it has not been delivered yet. They have already collected the payment on 17th August and all the attempts to contact them have gone in vain. Simply put, they are no more than theives. Never order anything form this site.

No message was written on the cake which was delivered. I indeed specifically mentioned the message to be written on the cake. Those guys called up the receiver & asked for their home's landmark & spoilt the surprise... Really disappointed.

The flowers I ordered were never delivered. The customer service requests through email are not responded to. The customer service phone numbers are always busy or no response. I'm trying to get my money back through a dispute of transaction through my credit card issuer. Don't buy from them.

Avoid this site guys... they show something and deliver something else
