At that time I got ustguntur.com site and place the order thru this site. The Order was placed sucessfully and they send the photos to my id . At that time I feel happy to the emotions of my parents. The items are having good quality and good Live help option is avail while placing the order. It is a really good site to place the order thru online. Kesava.

I came across this website when buying any gift item for a friend or parents or relatives in India. I was really excited to look at it providing gifts and services for various occasions.I even appreciate the Live Help which is provided 24/7.The service is OK

I ordered a phone as a gift and it was delivered on time. Then after a week someone from the company kept calling the gift recipient that they delivered a wrong model and they need to change it. I was furious - they contacted the gift recipient directly for their mistake!! Then when I tried contacting them no one answers the phone or there is one person doing both the live help and the phone calls and he has no clue about the order and gave me a run around. Still did not get response - I'm going to have my credit card company deal with them - I put the charge as disputed.

US2Guntur has mentioned that they will provide digital photo when they deliver the goods. The digital photo was not provided to me this time as the gift was delivered to the father of the recipient. The overall service experience is ok.

Terrible. Do not EVER use these people. Not only did they not deliver the cake I asked, but any attempt to contact them by email got NO response. These people are scum fraud. DO NOT WASTE your money

came across this website when buying a gold item for a friend in India. I was really excited to look at it providing gifts and services for various occasions. Hi, it was a great experience for me to send Flowers & Mobile phone through us2guntur.com. This site was refered to me by my friend and i did not anticipate this to be so quick. i requested them on prior day evening and they delivered next day. More than delivering ontime, they sent me the photo of recipient, which made my day. Surely, they have created a new experience of online shopping. I encourage everyone to try to believe for yourself.

Very bad experience , placed an order for cake and pizza for my brother.and I was being told by their team member that they deliver best pizza from Pizza Hut. Delivery boy showed up with no pizza and to top that he asked my brother where to get one from? he had no clue what Dominos or pizzahut is?..and finally he bought the cheapest pizza around which was just a base and cheeze and size was as small as it could be . i am highly disappointed in their service.

The service is OK , however, one time they did not deliver the product on time, and they had an item on the catalog, which US2guntur does not sell any more!
