Worst service and very irresponsible people. I ordered 12 days back and no tracking or updates on order. Beware of this website..my rating is 1/5 I am giving 1 because there is no 0. Very late...very irresponsible...very bugging...!!

Beware,,,,,,,,,Horrible Customer relationship. Highly dissatisfying Service. Rating this as 1/5 is still giving the talash.com team a lot of credit for their service. They are a bunch of irresponsible people with no work ethics and no ownership of their responsibilites. I bought Diwlai Pooja thali from Talash.com 6 days before Diwali which was promised on the site to be delivered within 4 days. Obviosuly like all your experiences, this was delivered a week after Diwali. In the interim I called about 10 times, no one answered. Wrote an e-mail to them, no reply. Tried the "LIVE CHAT" which was NOT LIVE. Finally after a week of Diwali, someone picks up the call and promises to get back on this matter saying whatever the decision will be in your favour. No one calls back and the Pooja Thali is still missing. I called the next day again and they make the same promise. Slyly, they get the thali delievered and then I get a one liner e-mail with no apologies from the talsh.com saying we will take personal care of your order if you place future orders. This was my first and last experience with Talash.com ever.

Ordered a laptop for the son of my nanny back in India. My nanny spent several year raising me. Her 12 year old son was keenly looking forward to his birthday gift. Talash.com promptly took the money from my Paypal account but there was no delivery for 10 days (promised delivery of ther website was 4 to 5 business days). I called 3 times and spoke to their customer service representative who assured me each time that they will process the refund later that evening. Finally i opened a dispute case in Paypal. Guess what ... it worked. Promptly the same customer rep calls me up and tells me they have processed a payment to me instead of a refund. That put the transaction fee on me. Don't go with these guys. If there was an option for no stars, thats what i would rate them.

My sis had ordered frm USA on the occasion of rakhi, only half of the material was received and rest was charged but not delivered, Had complaint to company for the same but there has been no response or compensation for the same. Also she had ordered some toys for kids here, all came after a month and that too half broken. very bad service, Gujju based non customer centric company

i ordered robot toy,colours and a ben 10 watch for my nephew's bday-it was not delivered on time and when delivered all in pieces-pls do not order from this site such a crap one-after calling them they said will call back and there was no response-never will i consider this useless site.i hv selected a star only cos thbis was not letting me updxate otherwise-

This website is not at all reliable. I ordered 2 rakhi's but it never got delivered. They are big cheats. Would not recommend this website to anyone. I don't want to give even one star rating to them, but the system doesn't accept without that, hence given 1 star.THEY ARE CHEATS.

These guys are cheats! I ordered rakhis on the occasion of Rakshabandhan, and they delivered only one, instead of 4 that were ordered. And what was delivered was totally different than what was selected/ordered. I chose a pretty kalash rakhi and they delivered something like a mauli! I tried to touch base with them via email, phone (no one answers, perpetual voicemail)and so-called "live chat" (this is NOT "live",it only allows you to submit your message for them to respond at a later time!). Beware of these guys!!

would not even like to give 1 star. ordered kurta .. and more than 10 days not response. The order tracking is worthless because it only says " order ready for shipment" Live Chat is useless , since never got a reply ... even after trying 3 times , all on different days. Call option is again useless as no one receives on india number and for USA number it always goes on voice mail. Now i have sent a mail.... lets see what happens ... well no expectations ... grrrr. Please never shop from this site.

Such a worst site I will never again opt for. I ordered for a Rakhi well in 2 weeks advance but they failed to deliver it. Price is reasonable, but don't really go by looks and price. They will clearly mention that the item will be delivered on time but very few will work. All trash and rubbish....

Very bad experience this time..very disappointing..selected some rakhis and delivered some other rakhis...its not only about paying more money this time but about not receiving good and selected rakhis...people if you want more money charge us but don't spoil our festivals and special moments this way.
