This portal has the worst service I ever had. It looks like they dont deliver the items at all!!!. (Atleast we never got the items from them) Around 1 year back we had ordered a horoscope book for $10 and we never got it. I again made the mistake of purchasing a cordless phone from this site on November 9th. Today is December 11th. The phone is still not delivered. After sending multiple emails I got a response telling that I will hear back from them in 48 hours. Well.. It is already 15+ days and still no response from them. I am planning to claim my money back by contacting my credit union. This is a site that I will avoid in the future.
