Ordered on 6/1/12. Its 07/1/12 1500 and they have not yet delivered it in Ahmedabad. When I called yesterday, she said same day delivery is only if order is placed before 4 p.m. And she said the policy is on the website. I can not find any such policy on their website. Even though, I accepted (do i have option here?) that it would be delivered first thing in the morning. NO LUCK. Still not delivered on next day. Ruined my anniversary. Also, Can someone teach basic etiquette to this lady who is on phone? She doesn't know what she is talking about. She is a rude b***h. DO NOT EVER PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH INDIAFLOWERPLAZA...look for other options.

Fraud company, cheaters plz don't place any order only disappointmnet and disagrace(by customer service lady - who shouts and uses abusive launguage). No stars for this company..............what ever i am giving that is also negative ranking.......

FROD COMPANY - They have accepted the order, received mail as well,but order was not delivered, when I approached customer care the lady was very rude and arrogant, she just started shouting, without even listening a word. and just answered afterwards by saying that your order has been cancelled by our supervisor.i have not received any cancellation mail or phone and when I inquired back she hang up the phone. please.... please... don't place any order on this site. Biggest Fraud and the customer service lady is completely mad,rude n arrogant...don't deserve any star....infact this saught of company shold be legally questioned...........

I wish i had seen this site with reviews for India Flower Plaza before i placedthe order. My order was never delivered and when asked on the same day, the hotline lady says, you will be refunded (but has ever refunded after almost 4 weeks, thats an other story). I nicely told her that refund is not the answer, we trust and we want the order to be delivered, even if they refund twice, it doesnt cut the ice. Very very disappointed, will not recommed this site, 'madam' will take care..is the response whenever you tell them you have a order that is an issue. Madam doesnt respond to emails. I will take legal action if they dont refund me in the next one week. No stars for this vendor. This site sucks, you have to rate 1 star, else it wont post your review...

This is total rip-off. They never delivered flowers, when I contacted CCNow their shopping cart vendor...this is the response I got: "We have verified that the order is coming from Bhutan and the order was shipped out by the vendor on November 15, 2011. The standard time frame given by the vendor for the delivery is within 1 to 2 weeks."

Very worst service. Would not advice any person to order through this e-cheating team.

I have always purchased thru indiaflowerplaza.com but all the times delivery of the stuff was right and once only there was some delay in delivering the items by around 2-3 hrs.

This is The Worst Experience i had from a service provider. I cannt believe why the customer care lady cann't even talk properly when i asked about my order! I ordered chocolates for delivery at mumbai, to be delivered in morning to my sister. When i came to know that the order was not delivered, i called up customer care and enquired about it. The response i got was schoking!!!.. the lady who attended my call gave a rude reply " it will be delivered only by 5 pm" when i mentioned about the morning delivrey i ordered she shouted at me " go to my site. its written the delivery time is before 6. so we can deliver it only at 5"!!! If they deliver things at their convenience, without caring about customer prefernce, these people do not deservce any right to exist in this service area. I honestly request all those want to send flowers/chocolates to your dear ones...please stay away from indiaflowerplaza.. They need to learn the lessons of customer service in a hard way.
