Sorry guys, I really missed to check your review before opting to indiafloristnetwork site. Yes,I've been insulted with the gift they delivered. I was totally upset the whole day. My friend has received the gift in a worst packed way. The gift's worth was approx 1000rs.I really bother about the money,but to my friend's feelings,I was really gone down. There is no way I can erase that insult to him. They have to shutdown this website,rather continue cheating the people.

I have booked the Rakhi order on 3rd August 2011 where as it is an international order and was to be delivered on 13th August 2011 they have assured that they are going to deliver it on time . However today is 28th August 2011 it is still not delivered and they say that there is lot of Rakhi rush. Till when the rakhi rush would be there. however they still assure it is going to reach my brother. I and my brother have gone through agony as it is the first time in past 12 years Rakhi did not reach my brother on time. And now he says do not send it now as Its of no use now. I have lost face in front of my brother and did not reach his expectations.

The cake was terrible. I send this cake for rakhi .. the website said the cake would be from cakes n bakes chennai but the cake was horrible.. and from some local bakery . Stale and cheap. Will never go with these cheaters again. They dont even deserve 1 star.

The service provided by indiaflorist is not only poor but also unprofessional. My sister had ordered a cake for me on RAKHI. It is not yet delivered even after so many days. Thay claim to deliver on holidays / Weekends even but the truth is they dont do so. When i called them up enquiring about the order, they simply replied that they deliver only on Working Days. Apart from being poor in service they are poor in support. Neither of their helpline numbers are attended by their customer care agents. Also they even block your number if you inquire about your order again & again. They fail to tell the status. In my opinion never use this service because its sheer wastage of money. Above all they are not concerned about the sentiments associated with a gift.Ultra Poor !!!

Worst experience ever. Its so so poor that even 1 star is too much for them. I choose to send rakhi+assorted dry fruits to China from India, thru this site. It was expected to be delivered by 9th aug, today is 13th. Still there is no trace. I tried calling their call center number, they put me on hold for 10min and then when they picked, their line was so so poor that I couldn't hear what are they blabbering. I called again, this time they made me to wait for 33min and finally did not pick up the call. Please do not use this site to sent anything. I lost my money. U dont do it.

I had paid for a Toy Game, B'Day Card, Chocolates to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday, but the delivery never happened. I lost the money and the whole purpose of sending the items was also lost. I have used other websites before but never faced this kind of bad service. I wish I had read the reviews here before i ordered

the flowers delivered were definitely not 50 roses and were definitely far from how it looked in the picture. the cake was not even from 1 star hotel, forget 4 star. fruits were stale. balloon was almost like they picked it from streets. delivery made was 11pm! worst worst worst

Waste of time and waste of money...! Big Cheats..! I ordered something different and what they delivered finally was something totally different. I ordered a 2.2 (1 k.g) Lbs Dark Chocolate Truffle Cake and I have no idea what the cake that actually got delivered is called(some normal chocolate cake with a plum??). Along with the cake I also ordered a chocolate hamper consisting of Tobleron, Ferrero Rocher 16 pcs. Box, Snickers, Mars, Cadburys Chocolates etc.(6 Bars)I ordered this hamper because my dad loves Tobleron and that was the only chocolate missing from the set. Highly disappointed....! Above all these wrongly delivered items, my items were not delivered on time either. I ordered these items from the section called as the "Same Day Delivery" , but the chocolates reached a day later. When I called IndiaFloristNetworks to track my item, the customer support was horrible. The lady at the phone spoke very rude. She did not give me a valid reason as to why the chocolates could not be delivered on the same day. She forwarded me to another number where I was supposed to talk to another customer service "executive" and all I ended up hearing was an automated message that keeps repeating itself like 5 times and then the call disconnects. We spend so much in calling from another country and this is the customer service they provide?? If they cannot deliver what is shown in their website and deliver it on time,they should not give us 100% delivery assurance and that they

Horrible service. Jus ordered a cake and paid in full. After 2 days A man sounding very rude calls at 11 p.m in the night and insists I pay extra money. He yelled arrogantly and wen I asked to speak to the manager he refused sayin it's an online service and they will not even reveal names. A bunch of assholes
