Do not use this company. They have poor work ethics. I had problems both the times I used them. Cake quality was poor for the price they make you pay. They use vendors in different places whose quality they have no control over since they pay them minimal rates and pocket the rest. I found this from talking to the vendor who supplied the cake to me. The customer service is worse and the person I spoke to at the 1-800 number was rude and gave me a bunch of excuses and did not refund my money either. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with them, they will ruin you special occasion sooner or later.

I had purchased a combo product with 1 kg black forest cake and 12 roses bunch for delivery to pune , i was amazed to see the quality of cake and flowers.The price was Rs.50/- on higher side but it was worth paying that , i used several other websites , but IndiaCakes.com delivered my products timely , quality of products were THE BEST.I am regular customer now and have sent our company cakes for vendor's , employees birthday and anniversary to Mumbai , Delhi , Bangalore , Chennai all perfect.

Very very shady. They charge more than double to any other sites. This happened with my order in Pune. Just one order and here are the problems 1. Cake was delivered 1 day early. 2. The cake wasn't what we selected. Cheese cake was poorly made like a butter scotch. It was probly 2 days old ( 1500 Rs) 3. Teddy bear was also torn (price 450 Rs) These guys do very sheddy business !!! Don't trust them
