Disappointing service!! I read lot of negative reviews..But I tried the service by mistake..Its a warning! Never try this option!! :-(...It will not be delivered in proper time. I should have tried other options..

They have the worst website of all times. They charge money on spot but never deliver the product. So u loose all ur money and no delivery is made. He make fools of everyone.

They screwed up the whole thing. After accepting the order and taking money from my paypal, they did not deliver the gift. One day after the supposed delivery, when I inquired, they came back saying 'Order has been canceled as we do not have service at desired place'. Why the hell did you accept the order if you did not have service at that place?

Paid 525 for a 1/2 kg pineapple cake which looked great online and the cake that was delivered was of worth 60/70 rs from a local bakery. Also the cake was a blank birthday cake with no name on it. Also, paid 350 for the teddy and the one that was delivered was approximately 100 rs. Use this site only if you want to get your special day spoiled

I had asked for the cake to be a surprise and delivered during office hours. They called me at 7:40 in the morning saying this is the only delivery time... ridiculous people. By the time anyone gets to the ofice the cake would have melted into the floor.......

one of the worst organizations the valentines day present was so late even when they charged extra for delivering in the morning. The order placed was not the same which was ordered online and the flowers were old.

EXTREMELY DISSATISFACTORY SERVICE.
I ordered this items for my wife on 11/02/2011 to be delivered on Valentine's day 14/02/2011. The charges have been debited to my Credit Card the same time I placed an order. It's 9am 15/02/2011 in India and my wife has not got her Valentine's gift yet. Phone no. 9225512222 listed on website is switched off since yesterday. Feel very very angry at the moment as I feel these people are fraud. Not to worry, I will teach them a good lesson when I am in India next time.

Really good experience. Cake was of good quality. Flowers and Chocolotes were good. Greeting card as well. Of course it's expensive when compared with prices in the shops. But the service and quality is good.
