hey guys, i should have read the reviews before i ordered a cake for my fiance. i ordered a 2kg taj black forest cake instead they delivered a cheap white chocolate which was 1kg and when i emailed them as the number or the website suddenly stopped working. the person said i didnt pay the full amount which i paid in pounds and he was like i paid in dollars and even after copy pasting my bank statement in the email he refuses to believe me and constantly says that i paid in dollars yes i agree they could be mentally retarded or something and it is definetly a SCAM. please do not waste your time and money with these people im really dissappointed in them and they refuse to talk anymore.
People like these will be punished and they will get thir fair share... Karma!
Be careful guys don't get cheated like me.

I ordered a Bouquet and Cake from this site to be delivered on November 21st 2011. They didnt deliver anything.
The phone number is useless, no one answers the call. There is a charge on my credit card but no sign of the order.
I tried checking the website for order status and the website says no orders placed.
This is a scam website. BE AWARE.
DONT USE bangaloreonlinemall.com. These are cheats and frauds who have put this site up.
There is no way to give zero stars so I am giving 1 star. All these guys deserve is shit.

i ordered for a leather bag of rs.1000, instead they sent me a satin bag which is probably worth rs.50, when i called them they said they would replace it, but i dint get it even after 2 weeks, when i called the customer care number to complain the lady dint pik up my call and finally once she pikd up and started shouting. i went to police and got her address, but when i told her that il go to police she was lik.........."do whatever u want". its a con game they are playing!!!

I had a horrible experience with this site.This is the worst online delivery site. The cake I ordered was never delivered.and when after 3 days I managed to talk to them , there was a crazy lady who couldnt stop shouting at me. She was not ready to accept her mistake and kept telling me that the cake was delivered...I guess she has some mental problem as she is definitely not sane.
I wish I could select a negative rating for this site..but it wouldnt allow me.

A VERY HARSH DELIVERY GUY.....

The experience was horrible guys. I booked for 14th feb for my girl fnd, n they delivered on 17th!!! On 18th I was with her! I wanted to give her a surprise but it was all ruined. They dont have any phone number, only one airtel mobile number is there, that too was switched off since 12th feb to 17th feb!
