We ordered a clock from ChennaiPlaza as a gift. Initially it looked like the clock had some issue. (Initially it was not displaying the temperature , probably because of some initial setting time) Then I contacted ChennaiPlaza to inform about this. They sent a person to our home but no one was at home. The person from ChennaiPlaza came back in the evening to check the clock. The clock had started displaying temperature by this time. (My sincere thanks to him) I am really happy by the prompt response of Chennaiplaza. We definitely like to do more shopping in ChennaiPlaza.
