Garlic Pepper Chicken

Ingredients
|
900 gms Chicken (boneless cubes)
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Garlic chopped/paste
1 cup Onions Diced
2 tsp Lemon/Lime juice
2 tsp Spice 'N Flavor Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander (cilantro) leaves chopped, Salt to taste |

Steps
|
Marinate the chicken with lemon juice,
salt and SPICE 'N FLAVOR Garam Masala and set aside for 30 mins.
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan,
add the chicken, garlic and stir-fry on medium fire for 10 mins.
Add the onions, bell pepper, 3 tablespoons of water and stir-fry for 5 mins.
or until the chicken become brownish and dry.
Turn of the heat and garnish with the coriander (cilantro) leaves.
