Fried Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
|
1/2 kg chicken boneless
1 cup yougart
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp termaric powder
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp baking power
1 tsp garam masala
15 bamboo or wood skewers (sticks) |

Steps
|
Add all ingredients into yogurt and mix well.
Cut chicken into cubes
Marinate chicken and keep it for 2 - 3 hours in refrigerator
Stuck 4 chicken cubes to one stick. Break the skewers if they are too long.
Then deep fry all sticks till golden brown
Serve with tomato ketchup |
