H1B restamping---- please help

I am on bench from last 3 months and my present visa with company A is going to expire on sep2009. Thought of going for restamping with company B which is valid upto 2012 as its very mandatory to go Inida in July.

Please, help me is it possible to go for stamping with bench pay stubs and which is better place to go for stamping India/Mexico?canada.

Please, advice me as its very urgent.
