Hi All,
Could someone please suggest me if this is the right time to go for stamping or is it risky. Here is my situation:
1. Got visa on Dec 2006 2. Landed US in May 2007 , was on bench for 7 months. 3. Then transferred H1 to very big company in early 2008 since then I am working with my new employer. My current employer is equivalent to Microsoft or oracle. 4. Have all the pay stubs, have W2 for 2008 - 2009, have masters degree and 3 yrs degree in computers 5. Old employer (small company) visa expired on dec 2008.
I have my sister's wedding so planning to visit India only for 10 days in May. So it is worth taking risk at this time? After going through so many cases I am really scared and confused.
Can someone please give me the suggestions.
