We have recruited on the H1B, EB2 and EB3 visa for U.S. employers for over 10-years. More and more in these reduced economic times, U.S. employers are interested in hiring foreign workers direct and not using a recruiter. The recruiter adds an expense to the hiring process that the employers are attempting to bypass. This means that the foreign worker should apply directly to the employer(s) of choice for hiring consideration.
The best way for the foreign worker to submit him/herself for H1B employment consideration is to mail, by postal services, or fax, his or her résumé or curriculum vitae directly to the target employer(s’) human resources department.
Between 2006 and 2010 over 24,500 U.S. employers recruited on the H1B; over 6,000 U.S. hospitals and healthcare providers recruited on the H1B, EB2 and EB3. We have the names, addresses etc. of all of these U.S. employers.
We are, at this time, having App programs for iPhone, Android and Blackberry written so that foreign workers can have the employer contact nformation at their finger tips and simply apply direct to U.S. employers and bypass recruiters. The lists are sorted by state and then city in the United States so that the foreign worker can quickly identify the location in America of the U.S employer(s) of interest.
