Filing a H1B with a Bachelor's degree or with a Ph.D degree will make any difference when I apply for a green card? I am going to get my Ph.D degree in May, 2009, but my company tries to apply my H1B with my Bachelor's degree. Someone told me that it is better to get my H1B with my Ph.D. degree for my green card application. But timing is matter. I will get my Ph.D. diploma at the end of May. It will delay the start date for working.

Can anyone answer my queation? I really appreciate your help. Thanks.
