Hello,

I did my MS in US two years back and had 2 yrs of F1 visa (2006-2008). I applied for H1 after my studies but i was not approved, so i had to leave the country in 2008. Now i have been in India for a year and i applied to do another Master's and received an admit this year. Now i tried to fix an appointment for visa interview, the vfs-site says that if the "person is applying for the same visa or if the visa has expired in 12 months he can go for renewal". I am not sure if mine is renewal or should i re-appear for the interview. Can someone help me please.
